Add your digital room key to Apple Wallet on iPhone or Apple Watch and unlock your suite with a tap. This page walks through setup, compatibility, and what to do if Wallet keys aren’t available on your device.
Any iPhone running iOS 15 or later and any Apple Watch running watchOS 8 or later can carry a Wallet key. If your device is compatible, you’ll see the Add to Apple Wallet button at the end of online check-in.
Your device may not support Wallet keys, or online check-in may not be complete. Try refreshing the check-in flow — otherwise, check in at the lobby kiosk or front desk on arrival. A physical key card is available at any time.
Yes. Open the pass in Apple Wallet, tap the share icon, and send it to another guest on your reservation.
Recent iPhones with Express Mode support tap-to-unlock for up to five hours after the battery dies. If Express Mode isn’t available or the reserve runs out, visit the front desk for a physical key card.
The key deactivates automatically at check-out. If your reservation is extended, the key stays active for the new duration.

Every guest can check in at the front desk in person or at the lobby kiosk and receive a physical key card. Wallet keys are optional — never required.
