Add your digital room key to Google Wallet on Android and unlock your suite with a tap. This page walks through setup, device compatibility, and what to do if Wallet keys aren’t available on your phone.
Most Android phones running Android 9 or later with NFC and Google Wallet installed can carry a Wallet key. If your device is compatible, you’ll see the Add to Google Wallet button at the end of online check-in.
Your device may not support Wallet keys, or Google Wallet may not be installed. Install Google Wallet from the Play Store and try again — otherwise, check in at the lobby kiosk or front desk on arrival. A physical key card is available at any time.
Yes. Sign in to Google Wallet with the account you’d like the key attached to before you complete online check-in.
Some Android phones support tap-to-unlock for a limited time after the battery dies. If yours doesn’t, visit the front desk for a physical key card.
The key deactivates automatically at check-out. If your reservation is extended, the key stays active for the new duration.
A different Wallet key activates for each stay. Each key only becomes active after you complete online check-in for that reservation.
Every guest can check in at the front desk in person or at the lobby kiosk and receive a physical key card. Wallet keys are optional — never required.
